Full Job Description:
Raisin’ Bakery is an artisanal bakery located in Shenton Park looking for an Assistant Baker to join their team on a part-time basis.
- Mixing, kneading, proofing, moulding and shaping mixtures before baking
- Finishing pastry products such as glazing, decorating and icing
- Ensuring that products are prepared on time, up to the brand’s standard
- Inventory management
- Ordering, receiving and checking supplies
- Help pack for wholesale delivery in the morning
- Emptying, cleaning and washing baking trays, tins & other cooking equipment

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
