**Counter Managers**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate the team to be results focused.
- Financial acumen to work to budgets and effectively plan weekly rosters.
- Drive sales and meet targets.

- Experience in achieving budgeted sales targets.
- Beauty or Cosmetics experience is essential.
