Dental Assistant/receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in establishing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role will be based at Maven Dental Plateau but you may be required to work across Maven Dental Lismore from time to time.

A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries (both over the phone and in person), generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists as well as patient recalls, typing, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Additionally, you will assist with sterilisation and perform dental assistant duties as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Dental Assistant
- Experience working in the Dental Industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
- Computer savvy skills with excellent attention to detail.
