Lifeguard

**The Role**

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic and passionate Lifeguards. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Maintain a safe environment for all guests of Alba Thermal Springs & Spa
- Monitor the daily operations of the lifeguard department, including the First Aid Room
- Administer First Aid to guests when required
- Cleaning of debris and presentation of water in our pools

Part-time & casual positions available with mid-week availability required. We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + penalty rates.

**About You**
- **You**have recent experience in supervising guests in a Lifeguard capacity
- **You**have a Lifeguard qualification and First Aid Certificate
- **You**have previous experience in a 5 star property (highly regarded)
- **You**are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- **You**have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- **You**are capable, reliable and responsible
