Due to our exponential growth, Maddington Toyota is seeking a highly experienced, energetic person to work in our ’Pre-Delivery Centre.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have sound understanding and previous experience in checking regular repairs and accessory fitment on all style of vehicles from Toyota Yaris to full mine spec Toyota Landcruiser. Other responsibilities include:

- Inspect New Vehicles for build quality and operation
- Interact with our inspection software to capture data and generate work orders for the workshop
- Inspect vehicles post body builders to ensure all work is completed
- Compare completed work vs our company standards and identify actions required
- Ability to identify build quality issues
- Ability to create new work process to eliminate issues on future builds
- Identify better work practice to improve time taken and work quality
- Interact daily with Pre delivery staff and guests onsite for final inspection.

**YOU**
- At least 2 years mechanical background/experience is essential
- Qualified Mechanic/Technician preferred
- Serious eye for detail
- Meticulous work ethic
- Ability to work to tight schedules
- Impeccable customer service
- Ability to follow instruction
- Ability to build rapport with both internal staff and outside customers / end users
- Ability to maintain the good existing working relationships.
- Ability to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles
- Excellent communication skills
- Full Driver Licence is preferred
