We are seeking a passionate Diploma and Cert III Educators, who are looking to join our amazing team at insert centre name. To join our brand new service at Evanston Park

**About your new role**:

- Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
- You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.
- You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. insert state specific info here
- You will work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
- You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
- Certificate III, Working towards Diploma, Diploma qualification or higher qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Current Employment Working with Children Check. insert ALL state specific info here
- Minimum insert how many years’ experience in an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF. insert ALL state specific info here
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**For Lead/Diploma Qualified Educators**:

- All of the above requirements.
- Prior experience and confidence with leadership in a classroom setting.
- Prior experience and confidence in writing educational programs.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- Ability to implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
- Ability to observe and record children’s learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
