Security Trainer

We are a CRICOS accredited institute imparting training to both local and international students.We adhere to the highest standards of training and provide our students with state of the art campus facilities and learning aids.At the moment we our running a Certificate II in Security Operations.

Due to the vast increase in our student numbers we urgently require a Cert II Security Trainer with immediate start.If you are a person who enjoys working in a relaxed motivated and goal oriented environment ,we are the organisation for you.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

In order be successful in this role you should be willing to:

- Take morning/evening/weekend classes
- Be able to handle the paperwork needed for compliance requirements.
- Organise the course work delivery and it's practical aspects
- Have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
- Have a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Good mentoring skills.
- Communicate effectively with students of diverse ethnic background.
- Have basic computer skills, be proficient in power point presentations.
- Have industry experience.

**Skills and experience**

Holds a current TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Holds Certificate 11 in Security CPP20218

Hold a current Victorian Private Security Individual Operator Licence for the license activity of private security trainer.

Advanced First Aid qualifications would enhance your prospects immensely.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brunswick VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
