**ABOUT THE TEAM**

The APH Infrastructure team within Secure Communications work in a heavily reactive environment within APH. They deliver concierge and Level 1 support for approximately one third of the Ministerial Communications Network (MCN) end devices. The team manages the Secure Communications Centre (Data Centre) and all connections required for various portfolios to use their departmental data networks for Senate Estimates and other committees within APH. They are responsible for trouble shooting and problem resolution. The team has client service at the forefront of their daily work as they engage with Ministers, Ministerial Staff and VIP ICT teams from multiple agencies.

**ABOUT THE** OPPORTUNITY**
- Liaise, communicate, and negotiate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high quality service to our VIP customers.
- Install, maintain, and document network infrastructure to deliver Agency Networks and Secure Communications to Ministers, Ministerial Staff and Commonwealth employees as directed.
- Assist with fault rectification and logging of work order/service requests and faults in accordance with the ITIL framework and Secure Communications procedures.
- Perform moves, additions and changes (MAC) for equipment, services, and other infrastructure.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to customers of the MCN services.
- Monitor workflow and work practices to ensure systems are kept fully operational.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other technical teams on high profile projects to ensure processes and practices are implemented with customers in mind.
- Other duties that may be assigned at the discretion of the Director/Assistant Director
