A new exciting Monday to Friday only lobby cafe in Brisbane city is coming. Our organisation has combined 50 years experience and nearly 20 stores across Australia. We work closely with our team and its our goal to build long lasting and strong relationships with our staff.

We are looking for a store manager to look after the site and to work with the director and group interstate.

The role is simple: look after the cafe operations day to day, maintaining quality of service and product as well as other standard cafe responsibilities.

Working within wage cost and COGs budgets and growing revenue whilst maintaining a fun and welcoming team culture will also be targeted focuses.

Our organisation prides itself on incorporating likeminded and passionate individuals who are in it for the long term. We want our team members to grow with us.

Strong communication and team leading skills are also highly recommended. our organisation attitude is that senior roles lead by example, and is their responsibility to train, guide, support and work with their team - which also directly contributes to strong and positive work culture.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Cafe: 5 years (preferred)
- Cafe management: 2 years (preferred)
- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
