Sarina Russo Job Access is the largest Australian-owned private sector employment services_ _provider operating across Queensland, Victoria, and New South Wales. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Employment Coach to delivery Disability Employment Services (DES) to our participants.

Part of your role will be coaching and facilitating the program to create real opportunities, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market. This exciting challenge as an Employment Coach is currently available in Taylors Lake.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Previous experience in coaching or facilitating (Disability)
- Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confident promoting the DES program to employment services providers
- Proficient with technology
- Must be able to commence asap

**You should be able to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Dynamic coach with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to promote our clients to potential employers
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
