**Powdercoater**

Accent Powdercoaters is a leader in the powder coating industry and Warranty Accredited for both Dulux and Interpon. Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches for over 30 years with a reputation as one of the best for service and quality. We have now expanded our operation to include sandblasting.

We are looking to fill the position of Powdercoater to join our busy team. You must be energetic, reliable and competent with exceptional attention to detail in this hands-on role.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Previous Powdercoating experience
- Able to set up, configure and manage Powdercoating guns and equipment
- Able to understand materials information, orders and hanging requirements for efficiency and quality outcomes
- Capable of manual handling and physically moving at pace
- Work well in team environment
- Can manage workload, time, and scheduling priorities
- Proactively seek solutions to problems
- Have a strong work ethic and customer focus
- Punctual and reliable
- Communicates well
- Works in a safe manner
- Forklift license highly regarded

This is a hands-on role. You will also be required from time to time to fulfil other roles in the plant such as pre-treating, packing room, customer materials receiving and factory hand.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Permit to work in Australia, full time (required)
