We are Elex Massage chairs and we sell premium Massage chairs.

We are looking for dynamic and energetic Sales and Operation Manager in QLD state for and 2 branches in Gold coast and Brisbane. Where you can be part of energetic country wide team of talnted and friendly sales people.

**What do we need from you?**

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Excellent communication skills
- A positive mindset that can engage and motivate a team
- Proven experience in mentoring teams
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to run a profitable business by supplied profit and loss statements
- Experience in retail management
- Advanced customer service skills
- Past experience in logistics or a willing attitude to learn on the job
- Someone who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty, working alongside their team
- A technical mind set with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- A flexible approach to working hours as required, this role will require some weekend work
- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
- An ability to run and analyse daily reports and working with the team to action and follow-up tasks
- Attention to detail in presentation of vehicles and location
- Ability to work unsupervised with a good sense of responsibility
- Ability to multi task, as well as be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
- A full and current driver’s license.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Commission
- Monthly bonus
