About the opportunity- Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach- Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carer

- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check or NDIS check- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
