In addition to traditional areas of academia like numeracy and literacy, we also offer specialised inquiry-based programs relating to life skills - think cooking, gardening, socialisation and art. To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Completed a Cert III or Diploma in Child Services or similar as approved by ACECQA
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working With Children's Check (employment)
- COVID Vaccination certificate
- Some experience is desirable

You will need to demonstrate:

- Drive and energy to continue to be a lifelong learner and share this with your peers, families, and children
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A strong focus on community

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
