**The Role**:
Best & less has an opportunity for a **Casual Team Member** to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Cranbourne store. Able to relocate to the Karingal Hub store when needed.
As an integral member of the **Cranbourne** or **Karingal Hub** ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**Your day will consist of**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $28.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
