**About Us**
**Westpac Group is proud to be on its third Elevate Reconciliation Action Plan** (RAP) and fifth RAP overall. **About the Program**
Our program is designed to help you identify your focus areas. We offer tailored training sessions to enhance your technical and soft skills, accelerating your personal and professional development. Explore diverse career pathways within Westpac and join our Indigenous Mentoring Program, where you'll be matched with mentors across the business.
**Program Eligibility**
- You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
- You are either in your final year of a university degree or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past three years.
**Your Grad Journey**
- You'll start with us as a permanent employee commencing in February 2025.
- You'll complete a rotational program to help you learn about different parts of your business area. It's packed full of different roles, teams and project experiences.
- As you near the end of your program, our team will provide you with a Career Transition Series to prepare you for the end of your Grad experience and assist you in putting your best foot forward when looking for post-program roles

Step 3: Video Interview and assessment centre: This will assist us to get to know more about your motivations as well as your 'Uncommon Mind'.
