To be successful in this role you will be required to ensure that the transport plan is documented, communicated and managed to achieve customer deliveries and transport efficiencies. You will need to create manifest runs as require, ensure accuracy in Vehicle, driver, consignment & temperatures. Communicate transport plans for loading & unloading and assessing feedback to improve service outcomes. Discover operational inefficiencies and introduce improvements to improve current service levels. You will need to understand HACCP.

The successful applicant will need to have:

- Must have a minimum 3 years in Transport and in people management
- Ideally will have a good knowledge of Translogix system
- Excellent knowledge and good understanding of compliance with the critical road safety/standards such as NHVR
- Full understanding of fatigue management practices
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Must have the ability to interact with different levels of management.
