Analyst Programmer

One of our clients Just Green Australia Pty Ltd, based in Ravenhall, VIC have a vacancy for an Analyst Programmer to join their team. Person should have the skills and experience to work independently. It’s a permanent full-time position.

**Education Qualification**:

- Education qualification must be Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science and Post Graduation in Marketing is preferable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with business stakeholders, gather requirements, gain understanding of data and reporting needs, quickly develop and implement reporting solutions to meet those needs.
- Developing insightful analysis about business and its strategic and operational implications.
- Develop scalable solution to move data from traditional database to any of the Cloud technologies AWS platform.
- Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs.
- Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioural insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners all findings.
- Generate the revenue reports needed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis as well as ensure all revenue metrics are calculated correctly and made available to all stakeholders.

**Key Skills Required**:

- At least 3 years overall marketing data analytics experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience with data mining and data transformations across multiple source systems
- Hands-on experience in automation tool designing, development, testing, deploying and maintenance of automation solutions/model by using automation programming techniques such as Excel-VBA, Access VBA, Python
- Experience with integration of multi cloud services (Azure) with on-premises technologies.
- Experience in survey data table preparation and coding or related experience or equivalent.
- Experience in SQL, designing reports, dashboards, and visualizations with a BI products like Power BI or Tableau (experience working with Python will be a plus).
- Experience in analytical role with a heavy focus on querying data, analysing, and clearly presenting analyses to stakeholders across the organization.
- Expert skill in Python & other scripting languages
- Expertise in developing Complex Reports (List, Crosstab, Drill through, Charts, Maps) and dashboards using Tableau.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling to create and deliver actionable analytics insights.
- Sound knowledge and experience in design, development and deployment of reports, and dashboards using Tableau Desktop/Power BI Desktop.

**Technical Skills Required**:
Microsoft BI Stack - Azure SQL, ADF, Azure Synapse, Power BI Dashboards, and Advance Excel, Python Scripting.
