The role of Quality Coach will report to Head of Quality and will work closely with consultants and managers to help improve the quality of services across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support allocated sites to provide quality services across the business through training, mentoring and support to staff skills and system development
- Complete Quality Audits
- Review key quality metrics across the business to identify where services and support are required
- Provide assistance to sites regarding templates, cheat sheets and processes to guide quality service provision

**Essential Skills**:

- An understanding of what quality services entail, and how to develop strategies to improve these across the business
- Coaching, training and mentoring skills
- Data reporting and analytics
- Strong focus on quality outcomes and service standards
- Training and coaching
- Relevant Allied Health qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Occupational rehabilitation or related field
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team

**Measures of Success**:

- Participation in audits
- Improvement in the quality performance of allocated sites, through quality metrics and audit performance
