Warehouse Supervisor

**POSITION AVAILABLE**

This role will see you supervise and lead cost effective Warehousing and dispatch activities across your team that meet organisational targets and produce quality outcomes, whilst emphasising workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, Department of Agriculture, and other required legislative compliance.
- Day to day running of warehouse
- Ensuring smooth operations of container loading, wholesale, and local deliveries
- Implementing change in waste management, stock control and DIFOT strategies to optimise production results
- Delivering clear and consistent communication across teams
- Proactively managing underperformance and disciplinary outcomes with relevant team members in consultation with Operations Manager
- Developing and maintaining working instructions and SOPs across functional responsibilities

**ABOUT YOU**
- Warehouse management experience (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and experience with AX Dynamics desirable
- People management/leadership (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in supply chain and inventory control
- Knowledge of WHS requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Results and solutions driven
