doing Adhoc duties and assisting property manager
- File collection which involves travelling
- Doing property condition reports which involves travelling
- Following rental arrears
- Calling property management leads
- Doing rental open homes

Qualifications needed
- certificate of registration finished or in progress
- Have your own car and NSW driving licence
- Prepared to travel for reports, file collectionand open homes which means familiarity with western Sydney or prepared to be familiar
- Have your own laptop and efficient with technology
- Can follow instructions and is a quick learner
