Based in the tight-knit community fold of Paddington & Darlinghurst is Simon Says Juice.

A business with more than a decade experience of delivering fresh juice, in glass jars, to local community cafes, restaurants, hotels, and everyone else who looks for a fresh alternative to everything else.

18 months ago, I decided to expand from being a one trick pony, to see what the Simon Says brand could offer. Fast forward to today, and we have never been happier with the brand identity and the product that is being served. Coffee sauce from our local cafe, Veneziano on Burke Street, baked goods right from the oven to eager fanfare on Oxford Street, sourcing Bread from Sydney's best bakeries (Organic bread bar, Baker Bleu in double Bay). We're looking forward to building on what we've created.

One of our culinary captains is departing for an exciting opportunity at a local restaurant, she found too hard to turn down

We are looking to fill this position, bring in the right energy from the right person.

Key responsibilities;
Preparing and cooking food.

Managing inventory.

Ensuring food safety and hygiene, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Passion for innovation and working with an a team to achieve a common goal; the best food in the community

Kitchen experience is vital, basic food handling course completion is vital

Simon Says currently operates Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3 pm. Kitchen closing at 2:30 pm. The opportunity to expand into weekends may present itself in the future, but not until we have the right people filling the right positions to help manage the growth arc.
