**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business and Private Client Advisory division, which supports a range of small, medium and large private businesses and family groups, along with some not-for-profit and foreign owned businesses. We offer a wide range of services including accounting & tax compliance, business & tax advisory, structuring, superannuation, wealth management and transactional services.

You will be an invaluable member of our close-knit team that provides high level tax, accounting and business advisory services to private client groups within the property sector. Led by 3 partners, and supported by a team of 12, this is a great opportunity to show case your exceptional client relationship and administrative skills. Your primary focus is to provide outstanding administrative support to the team and their clients, helping them to further develop their long-standing relationships.

**Key responsibilities**
- Attend to day-to-day administrative tasks as requested by the principals, including handling of correspondence
- Manage ATO mail and correspondence
- Onboard new clients
- Liaise with clients and develop strong relationships
- Attend to various administrative tasks for a number of clients, which may include:

- Payment of bills (business and personal)
- Set up bank accounts
- Organise paperwork for new bank/share accounts
- Attend to donations and maintenance of registers
- Property management administration
- Billing (from posted WIPs through to draft bills)
- Attend meetings and taking minutes
- Research/follow up with organisations to resolve outstanding matters
- Assist Managers/Partners with any problems, queries or requirement for information
- Bookkeeping for a number of clients, including preparation of BAS for Manager review Sort the team
- s mail, including passing work or requests to appropriate staff members for attention

**Key skills and experience**
- Ability to communicate well with both clients and staff
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Business Administration Course desirable
- Bookkeeping experience desirable
- Professional Services experience preferred
- Professional presentation
- Intermediate computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
