**Responsibilities**
1. Install and set up dewatering systems, including pumps, hoses, and related components.
2. Ensure the proper alignment and connection of equipment for efficient water removal.
3. Operate and monitor dewatering equipment to maintain optimal water levels at project sites.
4. Adjust settings and configurations as needed to meet project specifications.
5. Conduct regular inspections of dewatering equipment to identify and address potential issues.
6. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of pumps and associated components.
7. Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues with dewatering systems.
8. Collaborate with maintenance teams to address and resolve technical problems promptly.
9. Collect data on water levels, pump performance, and system efficiency.
10. Generate reports and documentation on equipment status and operational activities.
11. Communicate with project managers and site personnel to understand dewatering requirements.
12. Provide updates on equipment status and address any concerns or issues.
13. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during equipment deployment and maintenance.
14. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Relevant trade qualification or work experience in lieu
- Previous experience in dewatering operations or a related field is advantageous. Basic knowledge of pumps, hoses, and water control systems.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to lift and move equipment, including hoses and pumps.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
