**Job Opportunity: Part-Time Administrative Officer (Female Preferred)**

**Location**: Office-based, Narellan, NSW
**Hours**: Part-time, 3 days per week (flexible hours: 8am-3pm or 9am-4pm, or as agreed)

**About Us**:
We are a compassionate and professional disability support organisation committed to providing high-quality services to our participants. We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Officer to join our team and support our office operations.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage participant compliance folders and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and internal communications
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Other duties as required to support office operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in office/admin roles, preferably in the disability sector
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
