About the Role

As the first point of contact, you’ll manage reception duties, assist with **patient inquiries**, and help launch our **Call Centre operations.** You'll also gain valuable experience discussing **dental treatments, payment plans, and digital systems.**

What We’re Looking For
- **Dental reception or customer service experience** (12+ months preferred)
- **Call centre background** highly regarded
- **Confident communicator** with a patient-first mindset
- **Tech-savvy and organised** (D4W and CRM experience a plus)
- **Team player** who thrives in a dynamic environment

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
