Exterior Building Cleaning Technician

Your responsibilities included in this job will be following instructions in work orders, driving to job sites and completing what is required to an excellent standard.
- You will be comfortable working either as an individual or as part of a Team of up to 5 people.
- A key part of this job is working with, educating and managing expectations of Clients.
- Driving a manual vehicle to job sites in Brisbane.
- Experience working outdoors essential.
- Physically able to manage 70 meter long pressure hoses including extending, guiding and re-rolling onto hose reels.
- Comfortable using ladders for access to some areas.
- Experience in construction industry, external property maintenance or similar is highly regarded.
- You will be available to work flexible hours that may vary from week to week.
- Excellent attention to detail is imperative.
- Excellent communicator with Clients, Administration Team & Cleaning Team.
- Experience managing people highly regarded.
- Experience using high pressure water cleaning equipment highly regarded.
- Height certification not necessary but highly regarded.
- Experience using professional window cleaning equipment highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $29.40 per hour

- Monday to Friday
