- Previous work experience in restaurant kitchens
- Authorised to work in Australia

- Can organise and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

**About the job**:

- Organise and prepare food and kitchen space
- Help Front of Staff clear tables and clean dishes.
- Make sure all areas in the kitchen are clean and meet quality standards
- Work with the chef and management on properly storing stocks.
- Provide customer service

Ume Burger Darling Square is serving up the same Japanese inspired burgers and bar food that made it a local institution. Kerby Craig - winner of six-consecutive Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide hats as Head Chef at Koi Restaurant in Woolwich and for his fine dining Restaurant UME - found the inspiration for his latest passion-project in the street counter-culture of Tokyo.
