**The Role**

MACA are seeking a permanent full-time Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Welshpool.

Reporting to the Asset Manager - Facilities & Support, you are responsible for the management of the facility maintenance activities.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintenance and repair of all Perth based facilities.
- Facility improvement projects, as required by the business.
- Point of contact for landlords regarding all lease and property enquiries.
- Ensuring facility is compliant with industry and regulatory standards, rules, regulations, and statutory requirements (fire safety systems, electrical checks).
- Scope, plan and price maintenance projects utilising appropriate, competent contractors. Communicate timelines and engage stakeholders.
