**Seeking a Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our premium pharmacy focussed on customer loyalty, and providing a full personal care solution for families in the community.**

Up to $65K + Super depending on experience.

Monday to Sunday = Roster to be decided on hire.

8:00am to 16:00pm = Great work/life balance.

**Must be Fully Vaccinated**

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management and business relations required
- Ensure the team is providing customers with the highest level
- Attend both supplier and Pharmacy training, and ensure the team is well informed
- Delegate tasks to all staff on a daily basis
- Staff rostering in conjunction with the Pharmacist Manager to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Ensure all promotional orders for stock, tickets and display items are ready prior to promotional start date

**Role**:

- Responsible for improving the profitability of the business
- Staff rostering in conjunction with the Pharmacist Manager to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Coach staff on the job to ensure they are performing at the highest level.
- Motivate staff to perform to their best ability
- Must be able to reach key commercial targets and coordinate operations
- Developing store retail plans with innovative processes and procedures
- Liaising with stakeholders and industry partners and training and coaching members of the team
- Driving the proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives
