**About this role**:
As a Team Member Relations Advisor based in our Australian Head Office in Geebung, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering Applied Medical's Team Member Relations (TMR) strategy. This is a hands-on, team member focused role, where your HR or recruitment background will shine as you help drive engagement, wellbeing, communication and positive workplace experiences across our team.

You'll work closely with our managers and team members to implement initiatives that support growth, organisational change and a thriving workplace culture.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the delivery of TMR programs, communication and team engagement initiatives.
- Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless team member experience.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of TMR policies, documents and practices that align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Help design and implement initiatives to promote team member wellbeing, engagement and retention.
- Maintain clear communication channels between team members, managers and the broader People & Culture team.
- Promote and align with Applied Medical's values, policies and team member conduct standards.

**About you**:

- 2+ years' experience in human resources or strong recruitment background.
- Degree in Human Resources or similar.
- A strong sense of confidentiality, empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
- A collaborative and proactive team approach.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- A positive attitude and commitment to supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
