- Trade qualifications in Fitter & Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
- Ability to perform lathe and CNC turning operations with high precision.
- Manufacture and re-qualify aircraft parts, bearings, bushes, components, and associated equipment.
- 1-3 years of Fitter/Machinist experience.
- Hands-on experience with manual machines such as saws, lathes, milling, drilling, and pneumatic/electrical hand tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
