With your can-do attitude, you will be responsible for providing general assistance in the full range of domestic duties to ensure our residents are able to "Live Life to the Full" in our home-like environment. We are looking to hire a part time employee for 45.5 hrs per fornight who has previous experience in cleaning & laundry This role is based at Bateau Bay**. Please note**: Monday shift is just laundry. **The shifts follow as per below.** **Week 1 -** Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 am -2:30pm **Week 2**: - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 am -2:30pm. **As a Support Service Employee your duties will include but not be limited to**: - Assist with full range of domestic duties - Clean picture frames, wall ornaments and sanitise all towel dispensers, light and air-conditioning switches - Be responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen, including all appliances, storage areas, work benches and floors - Prepare clothing, garments and linen for washing and drying and perform those duties using safe handling of laundry chemicals - Make beds, change linen, turn mattress where necessary - Wet dust all picture frames and wall ornaments - Wet wipe and sanitise all towel dispensers, light and air-conditioning switches - Wipe over all lights in front foyer, lounge, activities room, and at the entrance. - Clean exhaust hoods in the kitchen **Southern Cross Benefits** - Salary Packaging ($15,900), plus meal and entertainment benefit package to the value of $2,650 - Heart HQ - our Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) People Platform, packed with exclusive retail discounts, and features designed to help you celebrate, connect and succeed - Fitness Passport - Discounted workplace health and fitness program available to you and your family.
