As a Clinical Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating the implementation of clinical risk management frameworks, ensuring that clinical practices are not only safe but continually improving. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to manage complex clinical risks, conduct investigations, and lead initiatives that directly impact the health and safety of patients. Your expert advice will influence decision-making across the organisation, and your leadership will empower teams to achieve their best clinical outcomes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Qualifications: Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years of post-registration experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and promote effective collaboration.
- Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of clinical risk management, patient safety, and best practice standards.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess and manage complex clinical risks.
- Commitment to Excellence: A passion for providing high-quality care, fostering innovation, and improving patient outcomes.
