Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated team player, a quick learner, has the ability to multi-task and has excellent attention to detail.

Trio Automotive Group is the Contracted Service Provider from Gympie to Gladstone & also servicing surrounding Areas. The Job will be in Charge of Bundaberg to Rockhampton Local Businesses / Online Sales/ Cold Calling/ Customer Service while Assisting in allocating Towing Jobs to all Areas when needed throughout the week.
- **Job includes but not limited to**_**: Customer Service, Cold Calls, Answering Phones, Dispatching Jobs, Hitting KPI's, follow up with customers, Tending Contracts, Invoicing, Chasing Payments, Cross Checking Daily Job Paperwork, Record Keeping & Other duties.

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Excellent communication & Great Work Ethic
- Have a Sense of Urgency within your Work.
- Sales & Administrative Experience
- Ability to Monitor, Allocate and schedule transport bookings.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to Approach Customers Across Australia Following Trio Sales & Admin Procedures
- Detail‐orientated and able to multi‐task within tight time frames
- Can Do Attitude + Ability to Give Orders to Operators Across Qld
- Ability to Think on the Fly & Organise Fixes to any Problems that may Raise throughout the day.
- Able to work Monday to Friday
- Ability to Travel Across QLD
- Award Rates + High Commissions/Bonuses on Performances

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
