**Your Role: You’ll Assist the Store Manager In**
- Overseeing store performance, driving sales, operational excellence, and people leadership.
- Maintaining inventory integrity, minimizing stock losses, and ensuring regular stock counts.
- Fostering a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment.
- Increasing sales and maximizing store profitability.
- Developing and training your sales team to reach their full potential.

**What Are We Looking For?**
Ideally, you’ll be:

- Solutions-oriented and adaptable.
- Experienced in managing or supervising in a fast-paced, customer service-focused business (luxury or premium experience a plus).
- Strong in commercial and business acumen.
- Passionate about the Bath & Body Works brand and culture.
- Positive and engaging, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Familiar with standard retail KPIs.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a permanent full-time position.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
