Liaison opportunity for current GP Registrar of the RACGP
Part-time (flexible FTE) fixed term opportunity
South East Queensland location
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with the medical education teams, the Practice Manager Liaison Officer and the Supervisor Liaison Officer as well as with management to carry out GP training. In addition, you’ll:
advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.
support medical education through module updates, resource evaluation, and addressing queries from members, staff, participants, and training organisations
**assist Training Programs Department support**: day to day questions relating to any medical education aspects of the program.
work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
Skills & Experience
Experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development
Have completed at least six (6) months of GP community-based training within the AGPT program
Strong communication and advocacy skills
Passion for assisting registrars and GP training
