In the role of an **Associate, Commercial Broker,** you will join the Commercial Broker Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with brokers and customers.
- Complete pre-credit decision work including working on files, liaising with customers / brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve agreed team productivity targets by effectively managing team Mailbox whilst maintaining agreed SLAs.
- Proactively identify any cross-sell opportunities that result in positive financial performance for the team portfolio.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Knowledge of tools, techniques, and practices used to analyse the credit worthiness of a business enterprise through its financial statements.
- Experience in working with broker customers, uncovering their needs and delivering appropriate solutions as well as up selling/cross selling.
- Proven analytical skills involving balance sheets and business analysis, credit writing and debt servicing assessment experience.
- Experience with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and onboarding new customers will be looked upon favourably.
