IT Analyst

* Analyse and document ICT system requirements with users via one-on-one interviews, workshops and utilising document and workflow analysis.
- Liaise with external software providers, consultants, and other local government authorities to identify and implement software and business process enhancements.
- ICT project management for small projects.
- Provide ongoing technical support and advice to improve client's website author group's technical capability.
- Provide effective training and coaching services to engage users and build user knowledge and capability.
- Coordinate the ICT branch communication plan

PERSOLKELLY has an opportunity for an ICT Analyst with ICT project management experience with our client in Noosa.

Duties include
- Analyse and document ICT system requirements with users via one-on-one interviews, workshops and utilising document and workflow analysis
- Liaise with external software providers, consultants, and other local government authorities to identify and implement software and business process enhancements
- ICT project management for small project
- Provide ongoing technical support and advice to improve client's website author group's technical capability.
- Coordinate the ICT branch communication plan

About you
- Bachelors in Information Technology or related field and/or extensive experience
- Proven experience in process analysis and improvement and ICT project management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, scope, analyse requirements, design and schedule work packages and manage resources to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare high quality training materials and deliver effective training and coaching to users
- Qualifications (or capability to obtain) in project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, Agile, Prince2, Waterfall etc.)
- TechOne experience desired
- Driver's Licence - "C" class
