We are looking for the right people to join our vibrant Victoria team who are responsible for the assessing and monitoring the performance of our valued food business clients against relevant state and industry specific food safety legislation and standards.

In addition, you will be required to provide our clients with support and guidance with a client centred approach, focused on providing an extremely high level of service and attention to detail.

This role is predominantly a field-based position with only occasional attendance at an office is required.

Primary Role Duties include:

- Undertaking site visits to conduct internal or external food safety audits, depending on our client’s needs.
- Reporting on audit findings using a variety of reporting methods and formats.
- Undertaking site visits to provide food safety support services.
- Provided onsite, face to face food safety training.
- Collection of food sampling and surface swabbing, including transport to our nominated Lab.
- Conducting onsite rapid hygiene testing for our clients.
- Preparing our clients for the implementation of our digital food safety platform. This includes data gathering, software configuration and communicating with the client in the lead up to the implementation.
- Execution of onsite implementations of our food safety software. This includes onsite training of the software users, checking that the software configurations are accurate, and the team are competent with using the software.

Travel Expectations:
Extensive travel within each state is an inherent requirement of this role. Travel requirements involve overnight and rural travel each alternate week. A current drivers licence is essential to support the travel expectations of the role/s.

Engagement is conditional on:
Covid 19 Proof of Vaccination

Successfully completing a national police check

Providing evidence of having had a seasonal influenza vaccination

Being able to meet the travel expectations of the role

Travel and food allowances are provided, and you will also be provided with a laptop and tablet device.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Strong inter-personal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a clear, confident, and effective communicator.
- Comfortable to interact in a professional and confident manner with high level management.
- Professional presentation.
- A current driver’s license.
- Rights to work in Australia.
