The Opportunity:
**Regional Maintenance - Cleaner**

**A varied and challenging role, will see you work part of a team that performs specialist tasks associated with the cleaning and maintenance of Commercial sites, Public toilets, BBQs and car parks.**

What we are looking for:

- Operate tools and equipment efficiently and safely adhering to Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to ensure satisfactory completion of assigned duties.
- Execute supervised tasks focused on maintaining cleanliness at commercial sites, which encompass programmed cleaning activities such as; Window cleaning/ Floor scrubbing/ Pressure washing/ Steam Cleaning
- Programmed cleaning and servicing of public toilets and BBQs throughout the region.
- Removal of Graffiti and restoration of assets
- Completing general handyman tasks as needed to ensure thorough cleaning.

To be successful:

- You'll hold a valid and full driver’s license - ESSENTIAL
- Degree of fitness required
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Workplace Health and Safety awareness
- Able to work autonomously and as a team player
- Able to work to target deadlines and quality standards with accurate completion of associated paperwork
- MUST have a current Police & Working with Children’s Check
- Minimum 6 months commercial maintenance cleaning experience
- Preparing and checking job tasks
- Certificate 3 in Cleaning Operations desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $30.09 - $37.31 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
