**It would be an advantage if you also**: - Have experience in teaching senior English and or Humanities
- Have experience or knowledge in the program 'Writers Toolbox'- Are familiar with Marzano's pedagogical framework 'The Art and Science of Teaching'.
Forest Lake State High School is dedicated to supporting early careers teachers. If you are a beginning teacher in your first year of teaching, FLSHS offers additional support in the form of professional coaching from an external provider for 12 months.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. - In addition to registration, teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services. For more information on blue cards and exemption cards, please CLICK HERE.
- If you are a graduate teacher, include also your final practicum report.
- Ensure that, if you wish to be released from another school, you have discussed this with your principal, are able to be released to commence on date above and can provide a written statement from the principal detailing your release.
