**About the hospital**

Jazan Group, a specialist and emergency hospital at Sinnamon Park in Belair west, opened 7 years ago and has grown steadily since. Our purpose-designed, state of the art hospital offers neurology, internal medicine, small animal surgery, surgical and medical oncology services as well as an after-hours emergency service.

Facilities include in-house diagnostic laboratory, CT and MRI scanners, digital radiography, electo-diagnostic equipment, ultrasound and endoscopy.

**About the internship**

Interns work under the guidance of our neurology specialist assisted by experienced nursing staff. Interns also have close involvement with our other professional services, including specialists in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging and critical care.

Interns are expected to participate in daily rounds and weekly journal club or case presentations. They are encouraged to complete a published work during their internship and, if eligible, to work towards completion of an ANZCVS membership examination.

**Requirements**:
The internship will commence in January 2025 and is for 12 months with an option to extend to 18 months. Applications should include curriculum vitae, a cover letter stating the reasons for seeking the internship and the name and contact details (including phone number) of three referees with at least one from an academic and one from a practice/clinical background.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $78,179.24 - $215,414.67 per year
