We are on the hunt for a confident barista who has a personality like no other to join our fun and energetic Morayfield team.

We believe in not only having a great donut experience but also that there is nothing better than having a fantastic coffee alongside it.

Since opening last year we have been told hundreds of times that we have the best coffee in the centre

If you have a positive attitude, passion for the food and beverage industry, and enjoys working with people we want you to be apart of our team Must be available for 7am starts both weekdays and weekends.

The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make and serve specialty coffee and chocolate beverages
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adherence to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items is essential
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Help in other parts of the business where required

**Skills**:

- MINIMUM 1+ year in the coffee service industry
- 2+ years in the customer service industry
- Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
- Friendly, extremely outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service is a must
- Tidy and self-disciplined
- Detailed-oriented and passionate about product quality
- Someone that can grab the attention of customers walking by and show them what we have to offer
- Someone that has the mindset of being able to make and embrace change
- Avavailable Monday - Friday during the day and available to work weekends. (ESSENTIAL)
