About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join our Tasmanian team. Working across a diverse market in the commercial, industrial, and retail space, with the ability to develop into other asset classes, this individual will hold their Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification and will have Commercial Valuation experience.

About you

You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on providing quality valuations, servicing customers and continuing to grow your career and skillset in the Commercial Sector as well as meeting the following criteria:

- 3 years + experience as a CPV
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- Strong knowledge base and understanding of the commercial property industry
- Excellent attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication, including the ability to initiate, establish and maintain great relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- A passion for property and an ambitious and positive attitude
