We are seeking a **Tendering & Proposals Lead** with proven experience in tendering and proposals for high-quality **Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (E&IC)** submissions.

***Overview of Responsibilities**:

- Management of bids including monitoring of public tenders websites, client portals, referrals, Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
- Qualification processes with management and relevant project engineers (bid / no bid)
- Management and delivery of tender responses and formal submissions including (typically)
- Expression of Interests (EOI)
- Tender documentation reviews
- Technical / commercial responses
- Resource allocation against internal and external deadlines
- Itemised costings
- Professional Services
- Quotes from hardware and software vendors
- Quotes from subcontracted Service Providers
- Tender Schedules, Certifications, Accreditations (collations)
- Proposed delivery methodologies
- Value Propositions
- Executive Summaries
- Professional negotiations with key suppliers, partners and clients
- Be a key point of contact for the client
- Solid understanding of contracts
- Technical writing and professional documentation experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict internal and client deadlines
- Enthusiasm for the role and commitment to continual improvement and growth of the business
- Innovative thinking and approach to both commercial and technical aspects of service delivery
- Willingness to participate in a productive and friendly team culture
- Tendering experience in Industrial Automation
- Deep understanding of scope and ability to manage all stakeholders during tender phase
- Experience in finance and cost management
- Experience in Hazardous Areas
