Apprentice Machinist

Russell Symes and Company is an ISO 9001 quality certified manufacturer of micro precision components using CNC lathes and machining centres. We manufacture and supply high quality parts to the Australian and International medical, defence, aerospace and telecommunications industries. We are looking to employ a full time apprentice CNC machinist commencing immediately.

The successful applicant will have:

- Successfully completed their Higher School Certificate
- A positive attitude towards work and training
- Enthusiasm for developing strong attention to detail
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pre-apprenticeship, CNC or other relevant TAFE or VET training courses would be an advantage, however if you provide the right attitude, we will provide the training and skill development required to help you become a highly valued member of our team.

**Salary**: $13.62 - $19.81 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Overtime pay
