**Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group** is a family-owned aged care provider operating 31 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW.

We are seeking a compassionate **Clinical Educator **to join our WA team, on a **full-time** basis.

Reporting to the Director Human Resources, this roving position will see you support our WA-based clinical workforce to deliver quality and safe care; by developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs.

Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when facilitating learning programs, engaging with RTOs or universities regarding training needs of clinical staff, working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of aged care residents and clients.

In addition, you will display or hold:

- a tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
- a Cert IV TAE40116 (or be willing to obtain in first 12 months of employment)
- NDIS Worker Screening (or be willing to obtain)
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (or be willing to obtain)
- full working rights in Australia.
