**Who we are looking for**

Challenger Security is seeking qualified and experienced **Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers** who are career-focused and eager to join a team offering excellent opportunities for training and promotion. You will work at **5-star Retirement Living Facilities** in suburbs **Hunters Hill**and or** Randwick** within the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Previous experience in Retirement Living Facilities will be highly regarded.

**What you'll be doing**
- Working shifts across Monday to Sunday on a rotating 4 on 4 off roster
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors
- Maintaining working knowledge of the locations of various departments, routes and admission requirements
- Use computerised access control systems/CCTV
- Report detailed information to management
- Work within a highly successful team environment.

**What you need to apply**

For this role, you will need:

- Current NSW Security Licence (required)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (required)
- Police check (required)
- Vaccinated for Covid-19 and Influenza (required)
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- A confident and welcoming attitude to customer experience with high level observation skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
- Be physically fit and able to perform the duties required
- Availability to work shifts across Monday to Sunday on a rotating 4 on 4 off roster
