Supportive leadership - Be part of a passionate, dynamic and fun-loving team - Join one of Australia's fastest growing aged care groups **The Role** At Infinite Aged Care, the Team Leader of Hotel Services plays a vital role in the delivery of quality housekeeping and cleaning services. Focusing on infection control and ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for residents. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this position works alongside and is responsible for supervising cleaning and laundry staff to ensure high standards are maintained. As part of your role, you will review processes, identify improvement opportunities, complete audits and provide feedback to facility management as well as coach, mentor and train team members at our** **Mount Lofty facility. This role is a physical role whereby you will do a lot of bending, squatting, lifting and pushing items to carry out your daily tasks safely. It is important you can perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, your colleagues and our residents_._ **About You** Compassionate, with a customer service mindset, you have leadership qualities and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You build supportive relationships and strive to ensure your team delivers the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
